Good fried chicken seasoned and cooked right. Not to salty. The problem is understaffed and unprepared. Drive thru slow process at dinner. If there's several family orders going...nope. This place can't handle it as hard as the boss works. Tiny kitchen struggles big time.

They were extremely slow, however biscuit was fresh. Food was good, got a few tail bites in my okra but I'm not complaining. They went up on their prices, they must be tied of cooking. Message received, when folks prices go up, I take it they don't want my business. Or I need a reasonable explanation. Random, anyways drive thru is slow but u can't even walk in an order. They also make u purchase okra with the tender and shrimp combo instead of substituting they make me waste food. I don't wanna order so much food, I can't eat it all. Anyways, make a meal deal for small stomachs lol haven't even touched the other food, I got full off okra and a biscuit,so no pics of okra but definitely fresh! And I ordered tea and it wasn't too sweet!

Dec 28, 2023: we got there just before they closed the dining area. Staff were friendly and polite and efficient. Food tasted yummy. Only downside, is that they forgot one of the meals in our order. Thats what held off one of the stars.

3rd time to this location. We actually travel from Maricopa to Casa Grande to go here. Food is always fresh, friendly staff and order is always correct. Much better than the competitor in my opinion.

This spot doesn’t serve spicy. So if you’re looking for that, then looks like you’ve come to the wrong place. Asked for fresh chicken, they weren’t too happy about that, kind of a pathetic run down place. Oh well. Fast food at its finest right? Oh ya, forgot to mention, the cooks aren’t actually wearing their masks either, which goes to show you they think safety concern is just a load of bull. (Wanted to add this part. This is during Wuhanvirus/COVID-19 outbreak. So masks are a big concern.) Edit 02/06/2025 Things have significantly improved! Spicy chicken is also served now! Incredible service

The chicken is cooked way better and tasty. The mashed potatoes are excellent. So were the biscuits. Sometimes you gave to wait for good food.

We really enjoyed the fried okra. The fried chicken is yummy. But in truth, the real pull for us is the okra. The honey biscuits are good too.
